BRANCH MANAGER CIREBON (JV1403015)

Responsibility:

1. Monitoring and empowering sales;
2. Coaching and mentoring;
3. Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients;
4. Perform planning and accountability costs;
5. Developing monthly sales activity reports;
6. Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues;
7. Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective;
8. Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers;
9. Provide input for the long term business development of various Bintang's product to ensure the profitable future growth of the business unit

Requirements:

• Male/ Female max 40 years old;
• Graduated from any dicipline, preferably with A3IK certifications;
• Minimum 7 years experience in handling Sales at General Insurance;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Managerial position;
• Strong knowledge of system, business plan, & procedure;
• Strong leadership, excellent communication & presentation skill;
• High achievement drive, result oriented, achieving results through collaboration, strong initiative & teamwork, persistent;
• English & Computer literate is a must;
